Single point of contact
After going live with Isah, your Business Consultant will be your first point of contact. The Business Consultant is aware of the developments in your industry and will quickly get to know your company in order to provide you with the best possible support.
Together, you will define your ICT roadmap. This ICT roadmap is the compass for a continuous and long-term improvement mode. This is how we ensure that you can achieve your strategic goals. The Product Support department assists Isah customers in using Isah ERP software. They are the first point of contact when customers have questions or problems.
