as a customer
From the moment you start using Isah, a Business Consultant will be with you every step of the way. We also offer 24/7 support through our Product Support department. And we provide free user training. All to make sure you get the most out of Isah. On this page you can learn more about the different types of support we offer.
Your Business Consultant
You work with your Business Consultant to define your ICT roadmap. Together, we will ensure that you can achieve your strategic goals.
In addition, your Business Consultant will work with you to determine how we can optimize processes. Efficiency, cost reduction and flexibility are key.
Product Support
The Product Support department is dedicated to helping Isah customers use Isah ERP software. If you have any questions or problems, they are your first point of contact.
You can reach the Product Support department by phone at
088 4724 050 or by logging into the Support site. They support you in both English and Dutch.
Through the support site you can also download our standard software products, find frequently used step-by-step guides (how to's) and we will proactively keep you informed of important developments within the Isah software. There is information available in both English and Dutch.
Free courses
If you are an organization using Isah, it is important that your users are familiar with Isah's functionality and are able to use it to its full potential. To achieve this, we offer free courses to Isah users.
There are three types of courses:
- E-learning (EN & NL)
- Classroom course (NL)
- Online course (NL)
Isah User Tips
Isah instructors regularly provide helpful tips for using Isah. In addition, our Product Support Consultants will share practical information with you so you're always up to date on the functionalities of the software.
Webinars & events
To introduce Isah customers to parts of the Isah solution that you are not using yet, we regularly organize webinars and events. These are designed to introduce you to Isah's products and features, and give you the opportunity to ask questions to our specialists.
