Isah B.V. processes personal details and other data in accordance with current legislation. We are committed to your privacy and always process your personal details with great care. Below you can read exactly what you can expect from us and which rules we adhere to.

Applicability

This privacy policy governs the processing of personal information provided by customers, business contacts, prospects and other individuals, data collected from visits to and the use of any of the websites of Isah BV, and details obtained via personal contact for the purpose of making our communications as relevant as possible.

Data Processing

We maintain a database that also holds personal details of business contacts. A business contact is a person known to Isah (for example as a result of downloading content).

Isah is a business software vendor for the manufacturing industry. We collect some personal details (including your name, address, phone number, email address, logistic challenges, and role in the decision-making process) to enable us to better inform you of our products and services. Personal details may be collected on line when you subscribe to our blog or newsletter or download content, and off line during presentations, network meetings or phone calls. Isah may use third-party services to supplement or validate these details. These details are not made available to third parties for commercial purposes.

Financial and order details are collected to fulfill the agreements we have entered into.

Accessing, Changing and Deleting Data

You may at all times request access to the data we collect about you, and request modification or deletion of these data. You can also at any time request access to your details in order to view or change them, or request that your data are deleted, by sending an email to info@isah.com. All our procedures comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Under the GDPR legislation, we ask everyone who leaves his or her details on our website to give explicit permission to receive mails about our services and solutions.
If you no longer want to receive any updates about our activities, you can unsubscribe on our website. We are required to ask you for proof of identity before we can give you access to your personal details in our records. You can also submit a request by sending a letter, stating your name, address and phone number, with a copy of valid proof of identity, to Isah BV, Droogdokkeneiland 11, 5026 SP Tilburg, Netherlands.

If, as a business contact, you have provided your email address to Isah, we will send you the latest about our industry, services and solutions by email.

Our email distribution system enables us to get an insight into the manner in which these emails are opened, and also shows whether the links in our emails are clicked. This insight allows Isah to further optimize and better personalize the information it sends out.

Do you want to receive fewer emails, stop receiving emails altogether, or end your participation in our events?
You can at any time change your preferences or unsubscribe from these emails by using the Unsubscribe option in the messages you receive, or by contacting us at info@isah.com.

Isah informs its customers and other business contacts about ERP systems, engineering, service, project management, and financial software techniques and solutions.

If you have notified us that you do not want us to call you again, we will make a note in our records and we will no longer contact you at the phone number designated by you.
