Connectivity and ERP software integrations with third party systems
Isah ERP software automates all administrative processes within a manufacturing company. In addition, most companies also use third-party solutions for specific work areas. By integrating these applications with ERP, you maintain a single source of truth.
Isah takes care of the integration
Isah ERP software is often seen as the backbone of manufacturing companies. Of course, there are all kinds of specialized applications that are extensions of our ERP solution to support customers in their business. Almost all customers have to deal with integrations. Our starting point is always to relieve our customers as much as possible of the burden of managing the entire application landscape. Therefore, we usually play a central role in the coordination of an integration project and act as a director to ensure that the customer has a central data source.
The right in-house expertise for ERP integrations
All the systems we see on the market have in common that they use data from Isah or that Isah extracts data from their systems. All with the goal of having only one data source in the whole process. Our technical consultants are experienced in setting up integrations. Whether it's interfacing with a CPQ solution, engineering integration, CAM software, or automated warehouses. We have the skills and expertise to make it a success in a triptych customer - Isah - third party supplier. Even when custom integrations need to be realized specifically for your industry.
Read more below about the various domains for which we regularly build interfaces.
CPQ and product configurators
As a manufacturer, do you have a configurable product? Many machine builders and body builders, for example, configure their products on a question and answer basis. Often there is already an implemented system that we can connect to. But sometimes ERP and CPQ (configure price quote) are renewed at the same time.
When it comes to integration in this area, you have to think about the quote and order data that is exchanged with Isah, but also, for example, bills of materials and specifications. At a number of interfaces we provide data flows between Isah ERP and your CPQ system or PCF.
Parties we regularly meet in the market and have a lot of experience with are for example Merkato from Quootz, Elfsquad, KBMax, Sofon and Tacton.
Engineering integration
Many manufacturing companies work with engineering systems (CAD and PDM applications). The basic principle is that you don't want to enter your item data twice. Therefore, an engineering integration with Isah ERP ensures synchronization of production order data, drawings and documents.
A standard integration allows you to open Isah screens and use them in your CAD application to transfer information from Isah to your drawing or BOM. Isah has CAD integrations with applications such as Autodesk Inventor and Solidworks® 3D CAD, Solid Edge, HiCAD, Creo CAD, and several industry-specific CAD systems.
For PDM, many of our customers use Autodesk Vault, Solidworks® PDM, PRO.FILE, Windchill or Teamcenter.
Parties we regularly work with for PDM integrations are: PLM Xpert, NTI Cad & Company, Cadmes, Cad2M en Cadac Group.
CAM systems for manufacturing control
CAM software is designed to automate manufacturing processes. The processing machines in manufacturing companies for laser cutting, turning, etc. all have their own control software that can be connected to Isah ERP (Shop Floor Control) through an API (real time integration) or XML (periodic synchronization). This allows you to realize seamless data exchange between your ERP software and your machines, improving production planning and reporting and analysis capabilities.
In the marketplace, we often see specific machine builders such as LVD Group and Trumpf. We also see generic CAM software, such as Radan and Wicam.
Automated warehouses
More and more companies are turning to automated storage and retrieval systems. Not only do these systems save space, but they are also designed to automatically put the right items in the right hands. When these systems are integrated with your ERP software, they also provide more efficient and accurate inventory management.
Some of the companies Isah customers work with include Kardex, Stopa and Hänel.
Payroll software
Many manufacturing companies also use payroll solutions to manage human resources and payroll. This requires the exchange of data such as working hours, schedules, overtime, illness and vacation.
The parties we encounter in the market include ADP, Nmbrs and Loket.
Purchase to pay
Isah has partnered with Easy Systems for digital invoice processing. Easy1 ensures that supplier data, purchase orders and receipts are automatically retrieved from the portal and processed within Isah.
More than 170 Isah customers already use this interface.
